GetSafeNow Partner Program Terms
1. About the program
The GetSafeNow Partner Program is run by Get Safe Now LLC ("we", "us"). It lets you ("partner") earn a commission for recommending GetSafeNow to people who become paying customers.
To join, apply on our partner page. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Once you're accepted, we give you your own discount code, and these terms apply from that day.
There are two kinds of partner:
- Affiliates: people and businesses who recommend GetSafeNow to an audience, for example through a website, video, newsletter or social media.
- IT partners: managed service providers and IT consultants who recommend GetSafeNow to the organizations they support.
We may change these terms. For changes that matter, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email.
2. Your discount code
Your discount code is how we know a customer came from you. A customer enters it when they subscribe to a paid plan, and gets 10% off what they pay for their first 12 months.
A customer counts as yours when they use your code on their first paid subscription. The code has to be entered at that point. It can't be added to a subscription later.
Share your code only where you're recommending GetSafeNow yourself. Don't post it on coupon or deal websites.
3. Your commission
You earn a share of what each of your customers pays us for their first 24 months:

Commission is based on what the customer actually pays, after any discount and not counting taxes or refunds. After 24 months, no further commission is earned on that customer.
If a customer cancels, commission stops from that point. If a payment is refunded or reversed, no commission is earned on it. If a payment we've already paid you commission on is later refunded or charged back, we deduct that commission from your next payout.
4. Getting paid
We pay on the 10th of each month, for commission on payments customers made two months earlier. For example, commission on January payments is paid on March 10. This leaves time for refunds and failed payments to settle first.
We pay once you're owed at least $50. Anything less carries over to the next month.
We pay by PayPal or bank transfer (ACH), whichever you choose. Before your first payment, we need a completed IRS Form W-9. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
5. How you promote GetSafeNow
- Say you're paid. When you recommend GetSafeNow, make it clear you may earn a commission, as US law (the FTC) requires. For example: "I may earn a commission if you sign up."
- Don't advertise on our name. Don't run paid search ads on "Get Safe Now", "GetSafeNow", "GSN" or similar spellings.
- Don't use your own code. You can't earn commission on your own organization's subscription.
- No spam. Don't send unsolicited bulk email or messages.
- Be accurate. Describe GetSafeNow as it really is, and don't make promises we don't make.
- Be accurate about HIPAA. You're welcome to tell healthcare organizations that GetSafeNow is built to support HIPAA, with end-to-end encrypted messaging on their own private server. What you can't say is that using GetSafeNow by itself makes an organization HIPAA compliant. That also depends on how the organization works, and only they can make that claim.
- Don't pose as us. Don't present yourself as GetSafeNow or as working for us.
6. Ending the partnership
You can leave the program at any time by telling us. We can end your partnership at any time, with notice by email.
If you leave, or we end the partnership for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we'll still pay the commission you've already earned, on the usual payout dates, even if it's under $50.
If you break these terms, we can end your partnership immediately and keep any commission not yet paid.
